The conference activities will begin on Friday afternoon and continue all day Saturday. There will be three recesses during the conference. The speakers will be allowed a maximum time of 25 minutes for their presentations. Following the presentations, there will be five minutes for questions from the members of the public in attendance. The presentations may be in English or Spanish. All the presentations will be simultaneously translated into English and Spanish.

The Technical Committee will judge and give special recognition to the best speakers and the best work presented by a student during the conference. The conference will also include guest speakers.
